ABOUT Lucie
Hi, I’m Lucie — a photographer and mother who, after six years in London, moved to the countryside in East Anglia at the start of this year.
Photography for me grew from a lifelong fascination with people and a deep love for storytelling through the lens. With a background in psychology and years spent living abroad, I’ve always been drawn to human connection — to the quiet, often unnoticed moments that reveal the true essence of a person’s story.
What began as capturing friends and family on simple point-and-shoot cameras soon became something more. Then, one summer, a last-minute request to photograph a friend’s elopement threw me in at the deep end — and I was completely hooked. In that moment, I found my flow.
Today, I specialise in documentary-style photography that is honest, emotive, and deeply authentic. Whether it’s an intimate town hall elopement, a slow morning at home, or a fleeting glance between loved ones, I’m drawn to the moments that can’t be staged — the ones that hold real feeling.
If you’re looking for a photographer who brings warmth, intuition, and a thoughtful, artistic eye to your story, I’d love to hear from you.
